"Shit company!!! Stay clear!!!!"
Let me start off by saying I’ve given this brand every ample amount of opportunity to make it right via customer service and which they did not. When I purchased $909 worth products they simply wanted me to go thru the hassle of wasting my time returning defective jackets specifically the bomber. I gave customer service an ultimatum to which they still refused to send 2 free replacements in the bomber. So I told them I will be returning every single item for a full refund and if my FULL refund isn’t issued soon…. Been 2 days already… I’m tired of waiting and wasting my time here with these fools… and mind you I waited over 2 days just for a reply. Terrible service and I would have been a loyal customer if hadn’t been for the super sorry sack of garbage service received from Xena. I simply asked for 2 replacements so my time was not wasted by their mistakes. 1st mistake they lack quality control. 2nd mistake they send me a 2xl in place of a small. Obviously that’s incorrect. So with everything being said. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying from a crap place like this. Whoever runs customer service needs to be fired and in packaging department needs to be eliminated for sending garbage to me that I didn’t pay for. Unacceptable. I was treated like $900 order don’t matter and as a result I sent every piece of it right back. I have my own powersports business and this is definitely not the right way to conduct operations. Yessiree I’m going to leave a bad review on every platform for this. It’s unprofessional, uncalled for and outright ridiculous for the amount of time I had to waste on this crap order. Never again!!! Steer clear of this company and don’t buy nothing from them. Business is built on professionalism and making it right to which they don’t simply care to do. If my refund isn’t FULLY refunded by the end of the week I’ll be filing myself a chargeback with my bank. I’ll happily buy elsewhere vs this. Lost a customer for never attempting to make it right over 2 jackets…. Keep that up and you’ll be out of business real soon.

I got this shirt last week and when I tried it on the next morning, it looked good overall but felt tighter than I thought it would. After wearing it around for a bit, I decided I’d probably order a size up next time. It’s not a bad shirt at all, I just wish the size chart had been a little clearer before I bought it

"Seems like a legit brand"
I’ve ordered from Flag Nor Fail a couple times now, and I don’t know, it just feels like there’s actually something real behind it. It doesn’t come across like one of those random copy-and-paste clothing brands. The style is mostly what you’d expect from the photos online, at least from what I got. One order did take a little longer to ship, which was kind of annoying, but overall I’m happy with it and like what the brand seems to stand for

"Comfort is just okay"
They’re comfy enough at first, but... after wearing them for a few hours, they start to feel a bit stiff. Not terrible, just not as comfortable as I’d hoped

I’ve ordered from Flag Nor Fail a couple times now, and overall I do like the look of their stuff. The shirts are nice and the material feels decent, but I had one hoodie start pilling after just a few washes, which was frustrating. The fit was also tighter than I expected, so that added some unexpected stress trying to figure out if I should keep it or deal with a return. It’s not bad gear by any means, I just wish the quality and sizing were a little more consistent for the price

"Print faded way too quickly"
It looked okay when I first got it, but after just a few washes the print started fading fast. that feels unfair for something that should hold up better. If a product is being sold as wearable, the print shouldn’t wear out this quickly.

It was kind of a relief that the items I wanted were actually in stock for once. I didn’t have to do that whole annoying thing where you keep checking back or switching sizes and hoping something pops up. The sizes were easy to find, I picked what I needed, ordered, and that was basically it. Smooth overall, which I definitely appreciated.

The box showed up clean and everything was packed really well, so I’ll give them credit for that. No damage at all, which is always a relief. That said, the packaging was basic overall, but it definitely did the job.

"Probably just not for me"
I spent a bit of time looking around the site, and it was easy enough to browse. Nothing really confusing, and I can see how the brand has a clear vibe. After clicking through a bunch of stuff though, I realized I wasn’t finding much I’d actually wear day to day.
A lot of the pieces have big logos, bold graphics, and that heavy gym-style look, which I know some people are into. I was hoping there might be a few simpler options mixed in, but most of it felt a little too loud for my taste. Not bad, just not really my style.

"Ended up being a good buy"
I was just looking around for something new to wear and figured I’d try flagnorfail.com since I’d seen a few things I liked. I ended up ordering a hoodie and a shirt, and I kind of forgot about it for a minute, but they showed up quicker than I expected. Both pieces feel nice too, not that thin cheap stuff you sometimes get when ordering online. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again if they drop some more colors I’m into.
